Why Tirzah Recommends This

I have been personally using this product since February 2011.  They help keep my energy up even during longs days (I haven't had an energy drink since I started eating chia seeds). 
Chia seeds are gluten free; they are a good source of natural energy, fiber, protein, calcium, antioxidants and omega-3s. 
I mix my chia seeds with fruit juice, add it to my oatmeal and yogurt and substitute ground chia seeds for one quarter of the required flour in any baked goods such as breads, scones, cookies, etc.
